1.Slot Bookings & Payment Verification

Match slots are reserved exclusively upon completing payment through authorized online aggregators (Cashfree Payments / Razorpay) or at our reception counter. A digital voucher with your Booking Reference is delivered via email and WhatsApp.

All pricing includes applicable GST unless explicitly indicated otherwise.

2.Mandatory Arrival & Briefing Policy

• 15 Minutes Prior Arrival: Squads must arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the booked slot time for team vest fitting, phaser calibration, rules briefing, and waiver sign-off.
• Late Arrival: Late squads will have match durations reduced proportionally to maintain slot timers for subsequent bookings. No refunds or partial fee waivers are granted for late arrival.

3.Tactical Arena & Equipment Safety Rules

• Combat Equipment: Participants must wear calibrated sensory vests and use official optical phasers properly. Phasers use eye-safe infrared optical technology with no hazardous radiation.
• No Physical Contact or Running: Physical tackling, pushing, melee contact, climbing on arena partitions, or jumping on obstacles is strictly forbidden. Players must wear flat, closed-toe footwear.
• Fair Play: Intentionally covering target sensors with hands or clothes constitutes a rules violation and may result in immediate player disqualification.

4. Escape Room Rules (RareEscape)

When playing escape room missions under Adventure Grid LLP, mobile phones and recording equipment must be deposited in complimentary lockers. Puzzles require intellectual deduction without brute force or damage to props.

5.Zero Tolerance Intoxication & Conduct Policy

Adventure Grid LLP strictly prohibits alcohol, narcotics, smoking, or aggressive conduct inside its arenas. Management reserves the absolute right to refuse admission or eject any individual violating safety policies without refund.

6. Property Damage Liability

Any intentional destruction or vandalism of laser tag vests, phasers, arenas, or escape room puzzles will be billed to the responsible player or organization for total repair/replacement cost.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All game concepts, scoring software algorithms, trademarks, and multimedia assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Adventure Grid LLP.
