2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Refund Settlement SLA (5 to 7 Working Days)
Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original source account (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet) through our authorized payment aggregators (Cashfree Payments / Razorpay).
Refund Settlement Timeline: 5 to 7 Business Days
Banking institutions and payment gateways credit funds within 5 to 7 working days from the date of refund approval. You will receive an official gateway refund notification with the reference transaction ID (ARN/RRN).
4.Technical Interruptions & Venue Closures
If a match or escape room session cannot proceed due to technical hardware failures, power outages, or unavoidable venue disruptions, Adventure Grid LLP provides:
- A 100% full refund processed within 5-7 business days, OR
- A free priority reschedule voucher valid for any preferred date and time.
5. Gift Vouchers Policy
Gift vouchers are non-refundable for cash but remain transferable and valid for slot redemptions across Adventure Grid LLP venues for 12 months from purchase.
