When you book a laser tag match or escape room mission, create an account, purchase gift vouchers, or contact support, we collect:

• Contact & Identification Data: Full name, email address, mobile contact number / WhatsApp number.
• Reservation Details: Match date, time slot, chosen game modes, number of squad players, and custom event notes.
• Transaction Reference Data: Gateway payment order IDs and payment timestamps. We do not capture or retain raw credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or online banking passwords.
• Technical Device Info: IP address, device operating system, browser type, and necessary session cookies.

2. Purpose and Utilization of Data

Your information is utilized solely for legitimate operational purposes:

• Booking confirmation, digital QR vouchers, and automated calendar notifications.
• Pre-match briefing coordination, squad team assignments, and safety check-ins.
• Customer support assistance, slot rescheduling, and refund handling.
• Legal accounting, taxation adherence, and safety audit maintenance.

3. Payment Processing Security (Cashfree / Razorpay)

All online payments are processed through certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant aggregators (Cashfree Payments and Razorpay) using 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption and HMAC-SHA256 signature verification.

Adventure Grid LLP never stores unencrypted credit card, debit card, or net banking credentials on its servers.

4.Data Security & Encryption Standards

We implement industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption for stored user records, strict role-based access control, and continuous security audits to protect against unauthorized data access.

5.Non-Disclosure & Third-Party Policy

Adventure Grid LLP does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted infrastructure partners (payment gateways and transactional messaging providers) strictly required to fulfill your booking.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and the Indian Information Technology Act 2000, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data held by Adventure Grid LLP.
